This role blends hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership. You''ll:Own and drive the AI/ML strategy across the organisation.Lead and scale a world-class team of data scientists and ML engineers.Guide research and development of advanced machine learning and generative AI solutions.Partner with product and engineering teams to deliver AI-driven features into a rapidly scaling platform.Keep the company ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends and represent them externally as a thought leader.
