Demi Chef de Partie , you will work alongside a brigadeof 13 chefs to achieve the highest standards of food preparationand guest satisfaction. You will have a passion for all things food with an eagerness to learn in a 5* hotel environment.Your main duties include:Organising and setting up your assigned section of the kitchenPreparing food efficiently to minimise waste and overall costsEnsure a clean working space that meets clear hygienestandardsTo ensure that all dishes are prepared consistently and according to our standard recipesTo always control the quality of the products you use to ensure consistent freshness and quality for our guestsThis is a full time,

40 hour
