Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Acting as the Responsible Pharmacist and ensuring full compliance with GPhC regulations. Performing final accuracy checks on all prescriptions in line with SOPs. Leading and mentoring the dispensing team, fostering a culture of safety and growth. Driving Clinical Governance initiatives, including audits and risk management. Investigating and addressing any errors or near misses proactively preventing reoccurrence.
