Key responsibilities include:Overseeing the dispensary and leading a team of dispensers and administrative staff.Undertaking clinical medication reviews for patients with complex conditions.Providing support to practice staff with prescription and medication queries.Managing acute prescription requests, medicines reconciliation on transfer of care, and ensuring safer prescribing.Offering expert clinical medicines advice, considering both health and social care needs.Building strong links with community and hospital pharmacies to improve patient access, outcomes, and practice efficiencies.This is a pivotal role in improving the quality of care and enhancing operational efficiency, requiring motivation, leadership, and passion for service delivery in general practice.Person SpecificationWe are looking for someone who is:A qualified
