Overall Purpose: Understanding client''s needs, promoting company products and services and co-ordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet or exceed client expectations. Responsible for the full project process, including timely issuing of detailed works instructions, communication of all customer requirements to internal key contacts, planning, quotation, invoicing and stock management.Key Duties: Act as main point of contact between the client and the company, building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships.Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and challengesIdentify opportunities for development of client accounts promoting all aspects of customer products and service offerings.Develop account plans to outline strategies for meeting client goals.Set and achieve sales targets and other performance goals.Work closely with production and development teams to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.Communicate client requirements and feedback internally.Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.Escalate issues to appropriate teams.Prepare regular reports on account status, performance and client satisfaction.Analyse data to identify trends and areas
