Software and Cloud Services Director

to oversee and elevate our UK portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will report to the Managing Director – Software and Security and lead the software and cloud services agenda — spanning IT Asset Management (ITAM), FinOps, Enterprise Service Management (DAP), and pre-sales delivery strategy. Your mission: to deliver innovative, scalable, and commercially successful solutions that meet the evolving needs of our enterprise clients.Responsibilities

Drive strategy, innovation, and operational excellence across software and cloud services portfolio.Lead cross-functional teams including Software Solution Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Service Management functions.Own the end-to-end delivery and development of ITAM, FinOps, DAP, and software solution initiatives.Build deep partnerships with leading software vendors and ecosystem partners to enhance go-to-market execution.Oversee service quality, margin optimisation, project delivery, and customer satisfaction.Inspire, coach, and lead high-performing teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes and commercial success.Technology Strategy and Vision:

Define long-term strategies to stay ahead of market trends and ensure technical alignment with business goals.Innovation and RandD:

Champion research and development to continually evolve and improve software and services offerings.Go-to-Market Leadership:

Develop use-case centric solutions, collaborate with vendors, and ensure successful execution through delivery partners.Operational Excellence:
