Procurement Administrator St Albans Our client is looking for a Procurement Administrator to join their team. This would suit someone with strong administration experience or with previous procurement/stock experience. The Role Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing stock from both local and overseas suppliers. Daily planning, issuing, and following up on Purchase Orders including delivery and shipment schedules. Providing regular updates to the Orders Team of expected delivery dates of stock to enable them to keep Customers up to date effectively. ETA Updates on the internal back-order management system Adding new part codes to the system where required, ensuring pricing has also been assigned. Managing purchasing inbox ensuring all emails have been answered within 24 hours # Pricing updates in the system. Updating and maintaining Supplier reports that need generating to specific deadlines. Daily communication and updates with Suppliers to create strong working relationships. Raising POs on our internal system and communicating these with the relevant suppliers Processing daily stock to be ordered About You Organised Excellent attention to detail Imitative Previous experience within a similar order processing role would be an advantage.
