Our consultants advise employers and governments on pension schemes and wealth, with a track record spanning over 60 years and assets totaling around $4 trillion.Start Date: 2nd September 2026. Join us in either our Defined Benefit (DB) Client Group or Defined Contribution (DC) Client Group, advising on setting investment strategies and selecting investment managers, as well as corporate transactions and transfers.What The Day Will Look Like

You’ll be a key member of our dedicated teams, providing investment consulting services and advice covering markets and strategic considerations, such as managing assets (DB and DC) and liabilities (DB only). You’ll gain early experience with a wide range of investments and adapt strategies to economic conditions.In the DB Client Group, you’ll learn how and why pension scheme liabilities change due to economic assumptions—like inflation and interest rates—and how market movements affect invested assets. In the DC Client Group, you’ll learn about DC pension vehicles, regulatory rules, main asset classes, and investment theory related to DC schemes.Whether you are building client relationships, developing analytical skills, or leveraging new technologies, you’ll be welcomed into a supportive and inclusive environment designed for learning and growth. As an Aon graduate, you will be enrolled on our Launch Programme. This development programme is built around three core elements:Business learning: on-the-job experiences to develop knowledge of your team and solution line.Centralised learning: UK graduates complete an induction, monthly webinars, business skills training, and workshops to build knowledge, confidence, and network.Professional Qualifications: we support your studies towards IMC, CFA, or IFoA qualifications with paid study leave and materials.
