You will be working alongside multiple departments, and your key responsibilities will be: Commercial property finance management using MRI Qube property system. Full responsibility for keeping Qube up to date, loading all new leases and regular liasion with Portfolio Manager and Facilities Management. Preparing completion statements for new leases. Raising tenant charges monthly for rent, service charges and utility charges. Sending out monthly tenant statements. Collate service charge budgets for the new year, in collaboration with
