With continued expansion, they are looking to strengthen their team by bringing in a proactive and organised professional who can contribute to both credit control and broader administrative support.The RoleAs a Credit Controller, you will play a key role in managing customer accounts and ensuring the smooth running of the credit control function.Resolve outstanding account queries directly with customersMonitor and manage outstanding invoices and follow up with customers regarding overdue paymentsAllocate incoming payments to appropriate accounts and reconcile discrepanciesUpload invoices to customer portalsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with key customersManage unallocated payments and process refundsConduct credit checks for new and existing customersPreparing legal documentation where requiredUpdate direct debit mandates and maintain accurate recor
