Tradewind Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a well-established Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in the London Borough of Brent, who are seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join their dynamic team.This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a passion for supporting young people who have been excluded from mainstream education, and who may display challenging behaviour linked to social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.Location: Brent, North West London Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term Start Date: September 2025 Salary: 90 - 120 per day The Role:As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students on both a one-to-one and small group basis. You will work closely with teaching staff, the SENCo, and external agencies to promote positive behaviour strategies and re-engage students in learning.
