This role is crucial in helping students overcome challenges, develop positive learning behaviours, and achieve their long-term goals.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Lead and support a vibrant Learning Hub, fostering a safe and inclusive space for student growth.Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group interventions for KS4 students to support behaviour and emotional regulation.Collaborate with teachers and SEN staff to embed positive behaviour strategies in classrooms.Address pastoral, social, emotional, and behavioural needs within the Hub, leading tailored support efforts.Build strong, trusting relationships with students, offering consistent guidance and structured support.Design, implement, and monitor behaviour improvement plans in partnership with pastoral teams and families.
