Opportunity-for-a-Project-Manager-to-join-an-established-company-who-specialise-in-Civil-Engineering-&-Groundwork-Projects-across-Devon-&-Cornwall.

Due-to-a-number-of-new-sites-starting-and-increase-in-workload,-the-group-are-seeking-a-Project-Manager-to-lead-aHighways-project-along-the-stunning-South-East-coast-of-Devon-for-c.8-months.

As-the-Project-Manager,-you-will-oversee-and-deliver-a-project-worth-up-to4m-ensuring-that-it''s-completed-on-time,-within-budget,-and-to-the-required-quality-standards.

Projects-vary-and-can-include-residential-developments,-roads-&-infrastructure,-retaining-walls-and-bulk-excavation-and-surfacing.

Daily-duties-include:

• Manage-the-site-team-to-ensure-that-the-projects-are-completed-on-time,-within-budget,-and-to-the-required-quality-standards.-
• Providing-any-administrative-and-technical-duties,-including-site-supervision,-coordination-of-subcontractors,-and-ensuring-compliance-with-safety-regulations
• Assist-in-preparing-and-submitting-project-reports-to-the-Site-Manager-and-other-stakeholders.
• Provide-technical-assistance-and-support-to-the-site-team.
• Assist-in-interpreting-engineering-drawings-and-specifications.-
• Help-in-the-preparation-of-method-statements-and-risk-assessments.

Due-to-the-nature-of-the-projects-its-also-essential-that-you-have-a-driving-licence-as-travel-in-between-the-sites-is-essential-as-well-as-the-following:

• Degree-qualified-(industry-relevant-degree)-or-equivalent.-
• SSSTS/-SMSTS
• CSCS
• First-Aid-at-Work.-
