To be considered for the role of Building Surveyor you must have experience in heritage and conservation projects and preferably chartered MRICS.Role and Responsibilities- Conducting site surveys to evaluate building defects and recommend remedial works- Preparing detailed illustrated reports supported by thorough background research- Drafting specifications for repair works- Administering construction contracts- Providing clients with high-quality, timely advice on building material condition and performance-Attending client and consultant meetings, offering appraisals of building material condition and performance- Ensuring financial accountability through effective time and resource management
