Building Surveyor -andnbsp;Bristol

Anderselite are currently recruiting for a Building Surveyor for a permanent opportunity with a leading consultancy. Based in Bristol you will work within an expanding team to deliver a wide range of commercial consultancy services to a diverse client base across the South-West region.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Due Diligence
- Construction Monitoring
- Contract Administration
- Planned Preventative Maintenance
- Dilapidations and Exit Strategy
- Party Walls

For this role, we are looking for someone with a relevant degree qualification combined with a practical understanding of commercial Building Surveying. You will ideally be chartered (MRICS) or working your way towards it with some experience across both professional and project-based work.
