Save jobFinance Business Partner / AnalystSouth Manchester - up to £55,000 DOEMy client, an FMCG organisation with a global reach, are seeking an experienced, dynamic and passionate Finance Business Partner / Analyst to join their team.This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified or nearly-qualified candidate to join an impressive Finance team and really develop their commercial finance career.The Finance Business Partner / Analyst will focus and support the Head Office entities - forming relationships and partnering with members of the Executive Leadership team and senior stakeholders to prepare budget updates as a crucial part of the monthly rolling forecast process. Using budget skills for cost saving and optimisation is key, collaboratively working with budget holders.Key Duties:Drive actuals reporting and monthly rolling forecastProvide business partnering support to key stakeholders to conduct regular bottom-up reforecast of PandL and balance sheetCritically analyse forecasts to identify risks and opportunities against the forecastMonth end analysis of accruals and prepayments, with preparation of relevant journalsSupport process improvement projects to ensure robust control environment in the corporate centre, and the transformation office to report on the significant projectsBe involved and support monthly Group consolidation process of actuals/forecasts, working closely with wider FPandA team to produce group results across all performance momentsParticipate in key FPandA improvement projects, including delivery of strategic finance initiativesAbout You:Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)- nearly qualified could also be consideredHigh level analysis, systems, and reporting skillsExceptional organisational and communication skillsAble to identify, own, and resolve problems or recommend solutionsComfortable working independently and organise own workloadAbsolutely fantastic opportunity - apply now for immediate consideration!Robert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates
