Prospero Teaching are currently seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to assist KS3 and KS4 students. Additional duties include:

- A strong work ethic and a passion for learning;
- A strong desire to make a difference to the lives of our students;
- Experience in a similar role or at least 5 years'' experience as a Teaching Assistant
- Experience of leading learning activities for small groups of students;
- A good understanding of important curriculum developments for students, particularly those with additional needs;
- The ability to demonstrate their ability and experience matches the job description for the role;
- The skills and characteristics outlined in the person specification for the role;
- An excellent record of attendance and punctuality.

Experience, Training and Qualifications
It is essential that you have experience assisting learners in a school setting in either a permanent or supply cover role.
Up-to-date Safeguarding training is imperative; you can undertake a free course with Prospero Teaching if you have not completed a Safeguarding course in the last 12 months.
