Are you an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant looking for your next contract? We’re working with a leading Microsoft Partner on an exciting membership/subscriptions project for a high-profile end user.

Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.

Translate business needs into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).

Configure and customise D365 CE to deliver tailored solutions, including entity modelling, workflows, business rules, and integrations.

Collaborate with technical teams and end users to ensure successful solution delivery.

Provide expert guidance on best practices and D365 CE capabilities within a membership/subscription context.

About You

Proven experience as a D365 CE Functional Consultant, ideally within a Microsoft Partner environment.

Strong track record of running workshops and translating business requirements into effective D365 CE solutions.

Hands-on expertise in D365 CE configuration and customisation.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Previous experience with membership or subscription-based projects is highly desirable.

Contract Details

Day Rate:

£500 (outside IR35)

Duration:

6 months (potential for extension)

Location:

Mostly remote (occasional on-site workshops may be required)
