Human Resources Business Partner - EducationPanoramic Associates is pleased to be partnering with an education provider in North East London to recruit for a HRBP to join their existing team.Reporting into the Director of Human Resources, you will work alongside other HRBPs, supporting a number of Schools in North East London. You will be based in their central office and across the various school sites. They are offering a hybrid working model, with one day per week at home.As a HRBP, your responsibilities will include:Employee RelationsSupporting and coaching Senior Leaders across the schoolsLeading and guiding on strategy across the schools Supporting the HR Leads in the schools with complex mattersTo be considered for the role you will have the following:HR Business Partner experienceEducation experience is strongly preferred. However experience in sectors such as social care can be consideredMulti-site experienceDriving licence and access to carPackage:A salary of 48,000 - 60,000 (DOE) is on offer for the position.
