In 2022, we worked on more than 125 restructuring-related transactions on behalf of companies, their creditors and shareholders, and other constituents.ScopeAs a Vice President in our Financial Restructuring Group you will lead execution on a variety of transactions, including debtor- and creditor-side restructurings and distressed mergers and acquisitions.
