Description
- Provide strategic HR support to key business units
- Line management of a small team on site
- Report into Business Unit HR Director and part of HR Leadership Team
- Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning and workforce development.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Manage employee relations, offering guidance and resolution on complex issues.
- Analyse HR data to inform decision-making and improve organisational performance.
- Oversee recruitment processes to ensure the acquisition of top talent.
- Advise on compensation, benefits, and reward programmes to maintain competitiveness.
- Drive organisational change initiatives and improve employee engagement.
Profile
A successful Interim HRBP should have:
- Proven experience within the Human Resources function, ideally in the manufacturing, logistics, FMCG or Construction industries
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Proficiency in using HR systems and data analytics tools.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A relevant degree or professional HR qualification is preferred.
