Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a full caseload of ER matters including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, investigations, and performance issues Provide expert guidance to managers, ensuring best practice and legal compliance Prepare documentation, conduct meetings, and support formal processes Work closely with HR and operational teams to support day-to-day HR activity Identify trends and risks, offering proactive recommendations Contribute to policy updates, training, and continuous improvement initiatives About You Strong background in HR with proven experience handling complex ER cases CIPD qualified Ability to work confidently an
