About You

As the Head of Social Media, you will own and execute Oner Active''s social media strategy, ensuring that our brand continues to inspire, engage, and grow our community. You will be responsible for leading a team, developing innovative content strategies, and driving brand awareness and engagement across all platforms. This role requires a mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical expertise to maximize our brand presence and connect deeply with our audience.

You''ll be responsible for:

Leading and executing a best-in-class social media strategy that aligns with Oner Active''s brand vision, values, and business goalsOverseeing all social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presenceDeveloping and implementing content strategies that drive engagement, reach, and conversion while staying authentic to our communityCollaborating with internal teams (creative, brand, product, marketing, and community) to deliver cohesive storytelling and impactful campaignsAnalysing performance metrics, leveraging insights to optimise content and engagement strategiesManaging and mentoring a team, ensuring high-quality execution and fostering a culture of innovation and creativityIdentifying and engaging with influencers, athletes, and community voices to amplify brand reach and credibilityStaying ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to maintain a cutting-edge strategyLeading social activations, events, and collaborations to enhance brand engagement and community connectionCrisis management and reputation monitoring, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to brand-related conversations

You''ll need to have:

Proven experience (5+ years) in leading social media for a brand with a strong community focus, preferably in activewear, fitness, or lifestyle industriesDeep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practicesCreative and strategic mindset, with a passion for storytelling and community engagementStrong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring a high-performing teamAnalytical mindset, comfortable with data, insights, and performance-driven decision-makingExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalPassion for fitness, strength training, and women''s empowerment is a plusExperience with influencer marketing, user-generated content, and brand collaborations
