They have recently expanded and, due to demand, are seeking an experienced FM Contracts Manager to operate 2 buildings around Charing Cross. The FM/Building Services Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of hard FM services across two corporate buildings in Charing Cross. Managing a team of 10 engineers across both sites, you will take full operational responsibility for the contracts, acting as the primary client contact and ensuring all services are delivered in line with KPIs and SLAs. This role requires strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. You will oversee PPM and reactive maintenance, ensure full statutory and health and safety compliance across all building systems (including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, BMS, and life safety), manage subcontractors, control budgets and costs, and support minor works and additional revenue opportunities.
