Senior Analytics Manager - Treasury Ledger and Safeguarding

Your Mission:
Due to continued and rapid growth, we’re on the hunt for a Senior Analytics Manager to join us in Treasury, leading the analytics function in our Ledger and Safeguarding teams. The role is located in Shoreditch, London.ResponsibilitiesLeading a team of 3+ analysts responsible for curating datasets, surfacing metrics, sizing opportunities, and deep dive analysis
Building and maintaining critical data pipelines and dashboards
Performing data reconciliations and hunting down and explaining discrepancies
Liaising with FX, Liquidity and Operations teams to understand how to improve processes to achieve lower costs and risks in these areas
Helping stakeholders understand their needs and shaping the team’s work to fit those needs
Leading by example with hands-on leadership and demonstrating best practices
Who you are
5-6 years experience as an analyst and 2-5 years leading others (can be overlapping)
Strong analytical ability
Mathematical background with a solid grounding in statistics
Advanced SQL
Python/R
Able to write clean code, build efficient data pipelines, and coach these behaviours in others
Proven stakeholder management skills
Demonstration of impact/going above and beyond basic role requirements
Desirable
Familiarity with DBT
Data modelling in a warehouse context
Experience working in a highly-regulated and audited environment
Experience working with Financial data and ledgers
What do we offer
Salary: £100,000 - £125,000
