Cover Supervisor – Tamworth

Position: Long-term, short-term, and day-to-day roles available
Pay: £85 - £100 per day (dependent on experience)

• Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher.
• Ensure students remain on task and complete set work.
• Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
• Provide support to students, answering questions where needed.
• Report any issues or concerns to school staff.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom experience.

• Experience working with young people, ideally in an educational setting.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
• Adaptability and confidence to work in different classroom settings.
• A positive and proactive approach to supporting students’ learning.
