This role will oversee multiple projects within the energy infrastructure sector, including substation works up to 400kV.Key ResponsibilitiesLead commercial strategy and delivery across multiple projectsManage and mentor commercial teams (MQS, SQS, QS, AQS)Drive CVR reporting, forecasting and cashflow performanceLead tender reviews, risk identification and opportunity managementEnsure contractual compliance (NEC3/NEC4, JCT, FIDIC)Build strong client and supply chain relationshipsSupport procurement and dispute resolutionCollaborate with project and finance teams to optimise performanceRequirementsProven experience in a Commercial Manager or similar leadership roleStrong background in infrastructure, utilities or energy projectsExperience working on National Grid / substation projects (desirable)Expert knowledge of NEC contracts (NEC4 Option E highly desirable)Degree qualified (or equi
