Key responsibilities for the Graduate Learning Support Assistant include:

• Supporting positive behaviour and learning in the classroom
• Helping pupils understand and follow the teacher''s instructions
• Working 1:1 with students or in small groups, either in the classroom or within the Learning Support department
• Monitoring and recording pupils'' progress and development

This role offers invaluable training and experience for graduates considering teacher training, educational psychology or other careers involving young people.
