Occupational Health AdvisorWorkplace Doctors is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join an established provider in North London. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a market-leading team.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and guidelines.

Assess, plan, and evaluate programmes of care.

Manage casework (60%) and develop wellbeing programmes (40%).

Lead a small onsite team including OHN, OHA, Physio, and OHT.

Work closely with management to meet company objectives.

Identify training needs for junior staff and oversee professional development.

Skills and Experience:

Full OH remit with experience in sickness absence and wellbeing.

Proactive approach with strong case management skills.

Experience in Fit for Work assessments and health surveillance.

Ability to set up and manage wellbeing programmes.

Essential Requirements:

NMC Registration (Part 3)

Registered General Nurse

Full UK Driving Licence and own car

Post-registration experience in diverse settings

Ability to work both autonomously and within a team

This role offers a flexible start date and the chance to establish your own area of expertise. The working hours are typically Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with some occasional late cover until 6:00 pm.
