HR and Business Manager - Local Authority

My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented HR and Business Manager on a Contract basis. The post holder will manage the Corporate Service function and support in the development and delivery of strategic Corporate Service plans to fit in with the objectives of the organisation.
