Head of Growth Marketing
to lead the next stage of their expansion.The OpportunityThis is a rare chance to take full ownership of a high-growth marketing engine. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you’ll shape the strategy and day-to-day execution of all acquisition and retention activity. You’ll have control of a significant digital media budget and the freedom to experiment, backed by a talented team and a collaborative, innovative culture.Responsibilities
Design and deliver the overall growth strategy across
paid media, influencers, CRM, and onsite optimisation , ensuring strong ROI and sustainable profit growth.Manage and continually refine a substantial media budget, using data-driven decisions to allocate spend across channels.Lead, mentor and develop a
team of three channel specialists , fostering a culture of experimentation, learning and collaboration.Work closely with the brand marketing team to create
integrated 360° campaigns
that reach and resonate with key audiences.Run
hypothesis-driven experiments
across the funnel—from creative and bidding strategies to website UX—partnering with design, copy and development teams.Collaborate with senior leadership to define the
future growth roadmap
and unlock new opportunities.Stay ahead of the market, analysing customer behaviour, competitor activity and emerging trends to identify areas for innovation.What We’re Looking For
Proven success scaling an e-commerce or D2C business , with experience leading a growth or performance marketing team.Hands-on expertise across key digital channels and the confidence to dive into details when required.Highly analytical mindset , comfortable running your own analysis and financial modelling using advanced Excel and/or SQL.Natural
people leader and communicator , able to inspire teams and influence senior stakeholders.Thrives in a
fast-paced, high-growth environment , making sound decisions amid ambiguity and shifting priorities.Why Join
