They are seeking an experienced HR professional proficient in recruitment, TUPE, ER, redundancies, learning and development, and strategic HR. The ideal candidate should be proactive and open to weekly store visits as part of their support duties. Your responsibilities will include: * Developing HR strategies and policies * Being first point of contact for all employees and dealing with their queries and providing advice inline with company policies and procedures * Assess current HR plans and policies and implementing improvements * Managing internal recruitment processes including creating job descriptions and working with hiring managers to improve their own hiring processes * Providing support and advice to managers on employee relation issues inline with legislation * Managing formal employee relations processes including hearings * Coaching on performance management processes and reviews whilst making improvements where necessary * Identifying training requirements and providing advice on appropriate training courses * Managing any HR projects alongside the relevant stakeholders To be successful, you will be expected to stay up to date with HR and employment law legislation and to build strong relationships with stakeholders across all departments. Additionally, you’ll be CIPD qualified and have strong employee relations and employment law experience.
