We''re seeking an experienced HR professional, Senior HR Advisor / HR Partner/ Progressive HR Advisor to join a values-driven charity making a real difference to supporting vulnerable people across the South of England.About the roleAs a HR Lead Advisor, you''ll be the go-to expert for managers and staff alike, providing trusted advice, managing sensitive casework, and supporting the development of robust people practices. You''ll work closely with the HR Manager, contribute to strategic people initiatives, and play an active role in ensuring HR operations run efficiently, legally, and with a people-first mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Advice and ER Casework Provide expert advice to managers on all HR matters.Lead on complex employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, and long-term absence.Liaise with legal representatives on high risk or sensitive issues. Policy, Process and Compliance Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR policies and employment legislation.Review, update, and improve policies alongside the HR Manager.Identify opportunities for process and service improvement. Coaching, Training and Development Coach managers on policy, procedure, and effective people management.Support and deliver manager briefings and training.Identify learning needs relating to HR practice and employment law. TUPE and Organisational Change Support TUPE activity and tender-related HR processes.Assist in driving organisational change, embedding effective HR protocols.
