to join our Boath House team.We currently have two culinary outlets:MOINE - our fine dining restaurant, which showcases the best of Scotland''s larder in creatively inspired, well-presented dishes.Dunbars - relaxed bar dining with a short, simple menu that regularly changes.We also offer breakfasts for our guests and cater for weddings and events throughout the year.The on-target earning potential for this role is £40k per annum, comprising a base salary from £27k - £38k (based on a 46-hour contract), plus an estimated £5,000 in gratuities and service charges.* As a member of the Boath House team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits, and rewards.About Boath House
