We are recruiting for an experienced and driven Head Chef for a boutique hotel, bar and restaurant operation in Inverness.The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced Head Chef with a proven record of delivering high quality cuisine in a high-volume environment. You will be responsible for menu creation and delivery, recruitment, GP management, food hygiene and brand development.Our primary focus going into winter is to revamp the food offering and delivering a higher standard of food and service in our restaurant.The right candidate must be authorised to work in the UK. The position would potentially suit a couple looking for Head Chef/General Manager roles.
