We have an exciting opportunity for a General Practitioners to join our Primary Care team atHMP Thameside. HMP Thameside is a category B remand prison located in South East London, close to Plumstead and Woolwich Arsenal stations. The prison houses around1,232 patients with a variety of needs including substance misuse and mental health. Within this role you will be working in a busy healthcare environment, where no 2 days are the same. Ideal applicants will enjoy working in a fast paced role and have previous experience with substance misuse prescribing. In addition applicants with a keen interest in delivering training and development for junior prescribing staff would be welcomed to this role.

Our General Practitioners are extremely valued and are well respected members of the Prison Healthcare community, as a General Practitioner, your responsibilities will vary. Qualifications required
