The Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Graduate Teaching Assistants to join our team starting September 2026. You will work across various SEN-aged children, supporting their learning, development, and well-being in the classroom. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in education while making a real difference.

Key Responsibilities:

Support teaching staff in delivering lessons and learning activities.
Assist children with SEN in developing academic, social, and emotional skills.
Help create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
Monitor and report on children''s progress and needs.
Encourage positive behavior and engagement in learning.

Requirements:

Degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Experience working with children (volunteering, placements, or paid work).
Passion for working with children with SEN.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
