The role:Lead cross-functional design teams across multiple product areas (must be within a consumer business)Balance design leadership, business strategy, and team development with willingness to jump into hands on design when the teams needPartner with product and commercial leaders to align design with growthBe hands-on when needed - the team a craft-driven leader, not just a “manager of managers”Proven leadership at Leadership level, ideally managing 10+ designers across tribes/domainsStrong track record in B2C, app-first platforms (bonus if you\''ve worked within an e-commerce, marketplace or subscription based platform)Cross-platform experience (desktop + app is essential)Growth mindset with experience driving commercial impact through designWhy join?
