We are looking to recruit a Team Manager - MASH Team within the Social Care industry in Luton Responsibilities include:Carrying out risk assessments and safeguarding proceduresLiaising with the duty social worker and team managers about new cases and open casesManaging a team of social workers and support staffDirecting and supporting referral co-ordinators in their role to take referrals, gain info from partner agencies and keep accurate recordsMaking decisions quickly and accessing computer systems Experience preferred:Experience of working within a statutory MASH or Referral and Assessment Team within the UK Social Care industry.
