Design and drive a global compliance transformation programme (sanctions, anti-bribery, third-party risk, data privacy, sector regs).Translate complex regulation into practical, business-focused policies.Partner with senior leaders across Legal, Risk, HR, Finance, and Commercial to embed compliance into core operations.Champion an ethical, values-driven culture in a business that’s pushing the frontiers of its industry.What we’re looking for

Qualified lawyer, 10+ years in compliance, with senior leadership experience.Proven track record building compliance frameworks in global, fast-paced environments.Skilled communicator who can influence, educate, and engage at all levels.Resilient, collaborative, and motivated to lead with integrity.This is your chance to
