As the Deputy Head of Accelerator Partnership Volunteer, you will support the strategic growth of our collaborations with global business accelerators. Working closely with the Head of Accelerator Partnerships and a team of volunteers, your role will be key in identifying high-impact partnership opportunities, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring a consistent flow of startup engagement through accelerator networks. You will help shape partnership strategy, lead outreach initiatives, and support the team in delivering long-term value to all stakeholders.Duration

Assist the Head of Accelerator Partnerships in designing and executing partnership development strategies.Lead and mentor a small team of Accelerator Partnership Volunteers, providing guidance and overseeing day-to-day activities.Identify, research, and prioritize business accelerators that align with SkilledUp Life’s mission.Initiate and nurture relationships with accelerator program leaders and stakeholders.Coordinate the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements that create mutual value.Represent SkilledUp Life in virtual meetings, partnership pitches, and online events.Track the success and impact of partnerships, providing regular reports and strategic recommendations.Requirements (Qualifications)

Strong knowledge of startup ecosystems and accelerator/incubator programs.Demonstrated experience in partnership management, business development, or ecosystem engagement.Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.Strong negotiation and communication abilities.Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities remotely.Passion for supporting innovation, startups, and community impact.Acquired Skills
