Financial Reporting Manager – 6 Month FTC | Global FS Business | Up to £95k pro rataA newly created role within a growing financial reporting team at a global financial services group. The focus is on delivering high-quality consolidated and entity-level financial reporting, ensuring technical compliance under IFRS, UK GAAP, and other relevant standards.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review group and entity financial statements under IFRS, UK GAAP, and other GAAPs.Support interim, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.Liaise with external auditors and manage technical accounting queries.Assist in implementing non-financial disclosure obligations (e.g., CSRD).Support integration of acquisitions into reporting framework.Contribute to building a strong control environment and improve reporting governance.Key Skills and Experience:Qualified accountant with strong IFRS/UK GAAP knowledge.Big 4 audit background is with PQE in industry
