They are looking for a serious injury fee earner/solicitor to assist on complex catastrophic injury claims, acting on behalf of Claimant. Job DescriptionAs a Serious Injury Fee Earner/Solicitor your duties will include:

Assist on a portfolio of serious injury cases from instruction to resolution.

Draft legal documents, including witness statements and schedules of loss.

Engage in negotiations with insurers and third parties to achieve favourable outcomes.

Conduct legal research to support case strategy and decision-making.

Provide advice and updates to clients throughout the claims process.

Collaborate with medical experts and other professionals to gather evidence.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the department''s processes.

The Successful ApplicantA successful Serious Injury Fee Earner/Solicitor should have:

Strong knowledge of personal injury law
