Referment have recently partnered with a commodities trading firm who are building a new Gas and Power trading desk. They are now looking to add some key people into their IT and Technology team, including a Trading Desktop Support Engineer. This is the first Desktop hire for the firm, meaning there is a lot of opportunity for growth and impact for the successful applicant.Base pay range

5 years + experience working as a Desktop Engineer for a commodities trading firm or hedge fund businessExperience supporting traders in a high pressurised, fast paced environmentStrong Microsoft InTune experience for deploying new applications and MAM/MDM solutionsExtensive experience with Cloud based desktop technologies such as Azure and Office 365Hands on experience building out a full stack IT infrastructure including facilities like server rooms, structured cabling, desk configuration, CCTV, Alarm Systems, Environment Monitoring, Audio Visual systems, access control, cooling and redundant power solutionsSeniority level
