You will play a key role in preparing compelling bids, marketing collateral, and strategic development plans to strengthen the team’s pipeline and profile.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sector-specific business development strategies.Lead the preparation of high-quality bids and tender submissions.Create engaging marketing materials, case studies, and presentations.Identify new prospects and build strong relationships with housing associations, local authorities, and related organisations.Monitor market trends and competitor activity within social and affordable housing.Support internal communications and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.About YouYou will be an experienced professional with a demonstrable track record in business development, marketing, and bid writing within the social or affordable housing sector.
