Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of tenancy management, from rent collection to service charge budgeting.

Handle new leases, renewals, and rent reviews with efficiency and attention to detail.

Build strong working relationships with clients, tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Take ownership of service charge budgets and ensure accurate, timely reporting.

Confidently manage client accounts and provide strategic property advice.

Ideal Candidate

MRICS qualified, or close to completing qualification.

Proven track record in commercial property management, with a strong grasp of Landlord and Tenant acts.

Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working independently.

Skilled communicator with the ability to maintain positive, productive relationships.
