Following the success of Hinkley Point C, the SZC Project is a nuclear new build project in Suffolk with planning approval and Government financing support. The project has started construction and is seeking private investment. When completed, it will provide electricity to 6 million homes for 60 years, supporting Britain to achieve Net Zero by 2050.We have a fantastic opportunity for Project Controls Manager – CIBOP. Our teams are set up to work flexibly, with a hybrid working approach between our offices and home. We provide a full suite of IT equipment to ensure that employees can work from home comfortably and effectively.The Role

You will lead and manage project controls for the Civils Works Programme (CWP) / CIBOP (Civil Infrastructure / Buildings, Operating Plant) – ensuring robust, integrated, high-quality performance across schedule, cost, risk, change and reporting. You will operate in a high-performance environment, working with multiple stakeholders (client, contractors, cross-functional teams) to deliver the civil programme on time, within budget and to required standards.The Skills

Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, Business, or related fieldSignificant experience in Project Controls / Programme Controls in large, complex civil engineering or infrastructure projectsProven track record across multiple project controls disciplines (cost control, scheduling, change and risk management, reporting)Comfortable leading teams in matrix structures and influencing senior stakeholdersExperience with digital tools / analytics (for example Primavera P6, Power BI, project controls systems)Understanding of contract types (NEC / FIDIC) and of working within regulated infrastructure / nuclear or equivalent safety-critical environmentsMembership or certification in professional organisations such as APM, PMI, AACE or similar is desirableIf the above sounds like you, then we’d love to hear from you!Further Information
