OverviewThe Senior Vice President of Global Sales will lead Aman’s worldwide B2B sales organisation, shaping the vision, strategy, and execution roadmap across all outbound and inbound sales functions. This senior leadership role oversees regional sales teams, central reservations (ACR), and the Sales Performance and Planning CoE, ensuring global consistency and alignment with Aman’s brand and commercial ambitions. As a member of the global commercial leadership team, you will serve as the executive owner of strategic trade partnerships, build scalable sales infrastructure, and drive global channel strategies. With a mandate to maximise productivity, conversion, and partner contributions, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Aman’s market presence while upholding the luxury service ethos that defines our brand. This role is based at our London office.
Responsibilities
Define Aman’s global sales vision, strategy, and commercial roadmap across all B2B partner segments and sales functions.
Lead and develop high-performing regional and functional sales teams, including Outbound Sales, Inbound Sales (Reservations), and the Sales CoE.
Establish global sales processes, standards, and execution models that drive scalability, consistency, and brand alignment.
Serve as executive owner of global trade partner relationships, overseeing account strategies with OTAs, tour operators, wholesalers, DMCs, and consortia.
Drive global channel strategies and ensure regional execution that maximises partner revenue contribution.
Monitor global sales productivity, booking trends, and conversion metrics to inform decision-making and interventions.
Oversee the Sales Performance and Planning CoE, ensuring robust enablement, training, tools, and performance diagnostics.
Partner with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Distribution to align sales strategy with channel mix, campaigns, and booking systems.
Represent Global Sales at the executive level, contributing to commercial planning, partner negotiations, and performance reviews.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence across all sales channels and commercial interfaces.
Requirements
15+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience, including at least 8 years in global sales leadership within luxury hospitality or travel.
Skilled at building, scaling, and leading large multi-regional sales teams with direct and dotted-line oversight.
Deep expertise in B2B sales strategy, account management, and partner relationship management across global markets.
Proven understanding of channel economics and experience with OTA, wholesaler, and DMC business models.
Successfully oversaw centralised sales functions, such as training, enablement, and performance analytics.
Adept at managing high-value negotiations in complex, high-touch global sales environments.
Track record of cross-functional collaboration with marketing, revenue, and property teams to align commercial strategy.
Influential leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at the executive level.
Bachelor’s degree (master’s degree preferred) in business, hospitality, or a related discipline.
Flexible and willing to travel internationally up to 40% of the time to represent Aman and support global markets.
