will lead all areas of the finance team and will be a key member of the Finance Board.In a nutshell:

We re looking for a fully qualified Accountant with a minimum of 5 years PQE and demonstrable experience at an SME within a broad financial role, managing a team. If you have gained experience in a not-for-profit organisation that would be highly beneficial.Key responsibilities as the Associate Director of Finance will include :Leading and managing the finance team, leading all areas including group statutory and management reportingAs a key member of the Finance Board, actively contribute to strategic discussions giving accurate financial insightsReviewing, developing and improving financial polices, procedures and processesOverseeing the preparation and review of monthly management accountsLeading the preparation of statutory financial accounts for all Group entitiesCoordinating the year-end audit processLeading end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processesManaging the balance sheetManaging, forecasting and reportingAssisting in developing, implementing and improving financial systemsAnd more!What we re looking for :Fully qualified Accountant with 5+ years PQEExperience at an SME within a broad financial role (experience within a not-for-profit is highly advantageous)Experienced in leading a finance teamA strong, hands-on leader with the capability to determine financial strategiesA growth mindset with good commercial acumen and and intellectual curiosityExperience of understanding the commercial implications of all financial dataStrong and effective communication skills with the ability to communicate complex issues professionallyA curious mindset with the ability to spot and investigate risksAbility to make recommendations for business focused solutionsExperienced in using financial management systems and toolsExperience in systems improvement and implementation is beneficialA proactive, results-driven self-starterInterested in this Associate Director of Finance role?If you have the knowledge, qualifications, skills and experience we re looking for then we want to hear from you ASAP!
