Overview

To drive commercial performance and take full ownership of sales targets across assigned Locke and Cove properties in the West London market, delivering revenue growth through strategic account management and targeted new business development.Reporting to : Senior Director of Sales - UK. Based in London 5 days a week, core hours 9-5 (40 hour working week).In this role you will be responsible for the following

Developing and executing property-level sales strategies aligned with OKRs to meet or exceed revenue targets across your West London portfolioDelivering against ambitious B2B revenue targets with full personal accountability for resultsApproximately 25% of your time on direct revenue generation through hands-on account management—identifying growth opportunities, increasing market share, and maximising yield from existing clients75% of your time on high-impact new business development—identifying, pursuing and closing new corporate clients that deliver incremental revenueImplementing rigorous account planning to grow revenues from existing and new B2B customers across channels including direct corporate clients, Travel Management Companies (TMCs), Serviced Apartment Booking Agencies (SABAs), and other B2B intermediariesActively pursuing revenue opportunities across all segments including corporate, groups, MandE, mid and extended stayCollaborating with the Key Accounts Team, Groups and MICE Team, and the wider Commercial Team while maintaining ownership of revenue targetsMaintaining disciplined CRM usage and data quality in the edyn database, with thorough pipeline managementProviding detailed, data-driven reporting on sales activity, pipeline development and revenue performance to key stakeholdersNetworking at high-value events, exhibitions and conferences to build influential relationships within the West London marketPersonally hosting familiarisation trips, property showcases, sales presentations and events to drive business to your propertiesEnsuring adherence to internal processes for effective account managementMaintaining comprehensive, up-to-date records with accurate client information in all databasesProducing actionable management information from internal systems to support strategic decision-makingIn this role you will need the following

Experience

4 years of previous hotel experience across multiple European/international jurisdictions looking after £3m+ of annual businessProven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in hospitality or related sectorsSignificant hospitality sales and strategic account management experience with demonstrable resultsEstablished West London market knowledge with an active network of industry contactsComprehensive understanding of the business travel industry, with specific expertise in the hospitality and serviced apartment sectorSkills

Exceptional commercial acumen with proven sales achievementSuperior relationship-building capabilities with C-suite decision makersAdvanced problem-solving and negotiation skillsStrategic planning and organizational excellenceOutstanding written and verbal communicationAdvanced proficiency with business technology tools for sales presentations and reportingDemonstrating advanced proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, CRM and Power BIAttributes
